I want to try to make more time for one of my favorite hobbies: baking. I mentioned in my Appreciation post that I started baking again this summer. I enjoy trying new recipes and techniques, and it's important to me that I keep trying these things if I want to open a side business. I've been thinking about whipping up a variety of cupcakes and having a small showcase for my friends, so I'm hoping that maybe I can actually do this in 2011.

At the end of my Community post, I made a passing comment that I'm interested in volunteering again. So getting involved with some organizations is definitely something I want to try and accomplish in 2011.

I haven't really thought too much of things I want to try in 2011. I'll have to give it some more thought while I'm off during the break.
