Things That Make Me Go Hrmm...

Given my current situation, I've done nothing but sit around for days watching tv and stalking any and everyone's facebook profiles. During this productive use of my time, I've come across some things that make me go "hrmm..."

1. What the eff is scentsy? I could probably google it, but I'm too lazy for that. I keep seeing on facebook people posting "I'm making a scentsy order... let me know if you want something." Is this the Avon/Mary Kay/etc. of our day? 
2. What the eff is Warrior Dash? Again, I could probably google it, but let's repeat - I'm lazy. By the looks of who is doing the posting, it's probably not for me. Looks like it might involve running and being in shape and things like that. 
3. What the eff was with the last episode of Grey's Anatomy? That show is already close to being permanently deleted from my DVR series manager and after that episode, it's right on the edge. Whenever Owen sang, all I could think about was the movie Mamma Mia! and wincing when Pierce Brosnan sang... same reaction to Owen's singing. 
4. The Ellen Show - why the eff does the female audience scream so damn much??
5. Um, the 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. weekday tv slot needs some major improvement. There is absolutely NOTHING on at that time.
6. Why the eff to Kim and Kourtney Kardashian wear their hair in super slick tight buns and ponytails? It looks painful to me. And it makes them look older. And why the eff does Kim always wear turtlenecks and long-sleeved shirts? She looks stuffy like that, especially when paired with the slick ponytail or bun.
7. Thank goodness for Gilmore Girl episodes. I absolutely love that show. The great thing is that the re-runs right now are of when Rory and Jess are dating. Between Dean, Jess and Logan, I personally thought that Jess was THE ONE for Rory. Yes, Dean was cute and sweet... but it was puppy love. Yes, Logan was cute and rich and smart... but no. Jess - cute, smart, sweet (enough), writer, book lover, music lover... all things Rory could want. I've always fashioned myself a bit like Rory, so maybe it's just me thinking that Jess would be a perfect guy for me, thus for Rory, too. As I'm watching the re-runs I can't help but think, "Holy crap, Rory and Jess never had sex!" Rory told her mom Lorelai that she was thinking about it, but she never did. Then she had to go and lose her V-card to Dean while he was married. Gag me. That's where Rory and I differ; I would never do that! But I digress. If there is ever a Gilmore Girl reunion or something, I seriously hope that Rory and Jess ended up together. And I seriously hope that I end up with my own Jess.
8. You know when they say that if you stop looking for love, it will just happen? Yeah, apparently the same thing goes for money... at least in my case! While walking Presley, I stumbled upon a $10 bill in the grass. A day later, a $5 bill. A day later, a $1 bill. FINDERS KEEPERS!! While cleaning out my purse and moving cards from one wallet to a second "rewards card only" wallet, I found a $100 and $50 bills. Woot woot! I got really bored and started cleaning my apartment and found a birthday card from back in October. I opened it, and whaddayouknow... $50! Perhaps I should take up dog walking. And maybe put money up when I get it.
9. I got my bill from the hospital. $4,250. On the plus side, my deductible is $4k, so I hit it. On the down side, I have to pay the entire bill before I can reap the rewards of hitting my deductible. Thus far, I have paid a whopping $500 towards it. I will actually pay another $500 this week but still a long way to go. Methinks I need a second(?) job just to pay off my medical bills... and student loans.

Okay, that's all I got for now. I swear there were more things that made me go "hrmm" but I'm blanking on 'em now.
