Off to a Rough Start

So much for having a great year. Minutes after hitting "publish post" did I get a phone call that will inevitably prevent this from being a great year. A phone call from a loved one that starts off "sit down" is no bueno. The ensuing news was even worse. Unfortunately, more won't be known for a bit longer. I'm not a patient person, so this is going to eat at me. I'm also not a praying person, but I will be praying tonight and every day until more is known.

I'm sorry for the vague post. I can't reveal more because nothing is really known yet. If tests come back they way they have already come back, then my next post will be something like "FUCK YOU, 2012." I just wanted to give you a heads up since that is a stark difference to my last two posts about hoping for something great this year.
